Hong Kong-based shipyard Cheoy Lee, through its yacht-building division CL Yachts, has unveiled its latest concept, the 35-metre catamaran CLC115, ahead of its debut at the 2025 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
As the first model in the yard’s new C-Series, CLC115 is a tri-deck catamaran that marks the brand’s entry into the multihull segment, with a design centred on space, stability and performance.
With naval architecture and exterior design by Incat Crowther, the interiors have been created by Supertomato Studio. The result is a yacht that combines refined luxury with a relaxed, resort-style atmosphere. Its open-plan layout connects interior and exterior living areas, framing panoramic sea views throughout.
Accommodating up to 12 guests, CLC115 features a full-beam owner’sCommenting on the project, Martin Lo, Director of CL Yachts, said: “Designed for conviviality and well-being, every aspect of CLC115 is meticulously crafted to embrace nature and stimulate interaction. She represents the next evolution in shipbuilding, where craftsmanship meets consciousness. CLC115 seamlessly integrates sophisticated design with environmentally responsible technology, setting a new benchmark for modern yachting.” suite on the main deck complete with a wardrobe, vanity area, desk and bathroom with double sinks.
The layout is designed to offer a high degree of versatility, with configurations that can be tailored to different lifestyles or charter operations. The additional main-deck guest suite, for example, can be adapted as a massage room, gym or nursery.
The aft areas across the main, mid and sun decks can likewise be arranged to suit individual preferences and operational needs, ensuring optimal use of space. Four ensuite guest suites are located on the mid deck, while the lower deck houses well-appointed crew quarters for up to eight.
The interior design embraces flowing curves and organic forms paired with a palette of soft, neutral tones to create a calm and cohesive atmosphere. Each space is intended for both relaxation and connection, from serene lounges to lively social areas. The tri-deck arrangement offers multiple interior and exterior zones to enjoy the alfresco lifestyle.
Among the standout features are a lifting beach platform with fold-down bulwarks that provide direct access to the sea and generous storage for tenders and water toys. The foredeck is fitted with a spa pool, offering an elevated setting to unwind and take in panoramic views.
Drawing on the shipyard’s extensive experience in GRP hull construction, CLC115’s 35-metre hull is designed to be produced using a precise resin-infusion process completed in a single mould. Certified to RINA Yacht Class standards, the lightweight composite structure has been engineered to optimise strength and fuel efficiency.
Powered by twin MAN V8-1300 diesel engines, CLC115 can reach a top speed of 18 knots and cruise comfortably at around 10 knots. An optional hybrid propulsion system is also available, allowing for quieter and more environmentally friendly operation.
Sustainability features extend beyond propulsion. The yacht can be fitted with solar panels and incorporates eco-conscious materials throughout the interior. A Smart Home module further enhances efficiency by automatically managing lighting, climate control and other onboard systems.
